These Terms govern your use of the services provided by Airbase Technologies LLC, doing business as Cuee ("Cuee," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our Services, you affirm that you are of legal age and have the authority to enter into these Terms. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Terms on our website. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

By submitting content through the Services, including interview recordings, transcripts, and responses ("User Content"), you grant Cuee a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your User Content for the purpose of providing and improving the Services. You represent and warrant that you have the necessary rights to grant this license and that your User Content does not infringe any third-party rights.
7. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
8. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Third-Party Services
The Services may integrate with or link to third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of such third parties. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.
10. Termination

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cuee and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cuee and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Services, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Wyoming.
15. Miscellaneous
Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Cuee regarding the Services and supersede all prior agreements.
