Questions we get asked
Is a real person answering my phone?
No, and we never pretend otherwise. It is an AI receptionist we set up with your services, prices and answers. It tells callers what it is, and anything it cannot handle goes straight to you.
Do I keep my phone number?
Yes. Your number stays yours. The calls you do not pick up are passed to your receptionist.
What does it know about my business?
What is on the website we built you, plus anything you add: what counts as urgent, the jobs you do not take, the areas you cover. You check it before it goes live, and we update it when things change.
I run a clinic or a dental practice. Is that all right?
Yes, with one rule. It takes a name, a number and a good time to call back, and nothing about anyone's health.
How is this different from a phone app I set up myself?
You do not set anything up. We build it from your website, try it on test calls before it goes live, and keep it up to date when your prices or hours change.
How far do 1,000 minutes go?
About 300 calls, if each one takes three minutes. Your report shows every month how many you used. If you ever go over, extra minutes are 12 cents each.
Who can have it?
Businesses we have built a website for. It starts from that website, so that is where it begins.
Do I need Growth as well?
