5. Automated Decision-Making & AI

In alignment with the EU AI Act, Cuee has implemented human-in-the-loop design, data quality practices, and monitoring controls. Customers remain responsible for human oversight and employment law compliance.

7. Data Retention

Interview recordings and transcripts are retained for a limited period unless deleted earlier by the customer. Customer account data is retained during the contractual relationship and for any legally required period thereafter.

8. Data Sharing

We may share personal data with:

All service providers are subject to confidentiality obligations.
